The Good Therapist is a modern psychotherapy practice that seeks to engage different parts of our minds and meet those seeking to learn more about themselves and how their experience of the world has shaped their mental health journey.
Whether acutely dealing with a mental health issue, or just needing to process life: The good therapist is here to guide and help.
Not a traditional therapy practice in the “lay on the couch” style, TGT features a virtual therapy office where clients can sign into their session wherever they are. Using a variety of therapy modalities, TGT uses science-backed interventions to tackle problems and challenge maladaptive thinking patterns while understanding cultural considerations of such interventions.
